Description

• Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts • Provide detailed analyses and explanations on all transactions during flux reviews • Managing month-end closing procedures and timelines • Responsible for timely processing of prepaids, accruals, and other adjusting entries • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements • Continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process • Provide support to the accounting and finance team members to integrate strategies for financial growth and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • At least 2 years of accounting experience, specifically with hands-on experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or NetSuite • Strong understanding of US GAAP and the ability to apply them in practice • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and superior attention to detail • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic and communication skills
