Description

• Act as key point of contact across the Nordic markets for the client • Develop excellent client relationships at all levels • Work with internal teams to manage priorities across channels/specialisms and ensure client deadlines are met • Have a multichannel view of all priorities/tasks across channels. Work with channel/specialist teams and the client to project manage these & set client expectations for delivery • Take ownership of campaign delivery from end to end with support from channel specialists, taking the lead on briefs coming in, ensuring successful campaign delivery, and ultimately delivery of valuable campaign insights to inform planning • Involve channel specialists as needed, but ultimately have accountability for delivery of multi channel media plans • Connect the dots between client objectives, campaign briefs and media choices to drive brand growth • Keep abreast of channel and product updates, as well as competitive and landscape data for your key markets, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate

Requirements

• Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish preferred) • Experience of working within the Nordic market with knowledge of local publishers, platforms and audiences. • Background in working with tech client is a bonus • Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency • Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Display and Paid Social as well as offline channels • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Numerical and analytical • Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail • Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently • Proactive, motivated, self starter • Confident client facing attributes
