• Assembly is looking to add a Graphic Designer to our team! The ideal candidate is adept at helping clients get their messages across with visual solutions that are memorable, effective, and aesthetically pleasing. The ability to collaborate with an internal team to help translate goals and ideas into design concepts is vital to this role. ∙RESPONSIBILITIES: ∙ Interpret account briefs and request all necessary elements from account teams ∙ Manage multiple projects from concept through completion ∙ Collaborate with writers to develop unique campaign concepts for various brands under the supervision of an Art Director and/or Creative Director ∙ Work directly with account directors, copywriters, designers, and creative directors on various projects ∙ Present brand campaigns and assets to clients in a professional way ∙ Build, design and reformat decks as requested ∙ Contribute original ideas and concepts ∙ Support other writers and creative directors as requested and as resources permit ∙ Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies ∙ Foster an encouraged learning environment for all things creative, social, digital and mobile in order to stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies and techniques
• Minimum of four years as a creative professional – preferably working with or for an agency • Experience in producing digital creative for campaigns across multiple paid social channels, display advertising and Ecrm • Experience in video editing and motion design • Ability to work under tight deadlines on multiple projects • Ability to present ideas confidently • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Sketch is a plus • Experience with Facebook Creative Hub is also a plus
