• Productive follow-up on sales leads to cultivate and generate revenue • Conduct demos for prospects to educate the buyer on the value of the AssureHire solution • Account development, including contact qualification, engagement and discovery • Attend trade shows to help generate leads • Manage and accurately report on inbound lead pipeline within territory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling technical software in a B2B environment, ideally within HR or HCM products. • Demonstrated and consistent achievement of sales quota in fast-paced environments. • Sharp business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer challenges. • Exceptional communication skills, including confident and effective phone-based selling. • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and impeccably organized, with a strong command of the full sales cycle • Proven track record of success across prospecting, qualifying, and uncovering customer needs. • Solid understanding of technology and software solutions (background in tech preferred). • Proficiency in Salesforce and a strong ability to manage data and pipeline effectively.
