📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles to be filled • Review, develop, and revise job descriptions and specifications • Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates • Draft and place recruitment advertisements in effective digital and print media • Identify candidates and assess qualifications through resumes, interviews, and other communications • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers • Maintain contact with candidates and communicate application status • Build and maintain a presence in the technical and industry community and marketplace • Attend job fairs and industry conferences and run the company booth • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required • At least two years of related recruiting experience required • Prior experience in technical roles is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices • Knowledge of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software • Excellent capacity for adaptation • Advanced English
