📋 Description

• Review and post attractive job advertisements on different job boards • Review and process applications across platforms in a timely manner • Use online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract candidates • Initiate communication with prospective candidates and build relationships • Provide candidates with relevant information about job opportunities • Evaluate candidate qualifications through initial phone or video interviews • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit • Monitor industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes • Optimize sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline • Maintain accurate candidate data and records in ATS platforms or databases • Optimize sourcing strategy against agreed metrics and service levels • Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks • Promote the employer brand and present job opportunities compellingly • Encourage use of social media tools aligned with Cielo’s brand strategy • Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process for a smooth candidate experience • Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support inclusivity • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative recruitment-efficiency enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred • Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days required • 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration required • Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools required • Proficiency in sourcing methods such as basic Boolean search • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records • Professional demeanour when representing the company • Fluent English required • Ability to work Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern hours
