📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals • Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required • Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM (required) • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST
