📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting, and placing healthcare professionals and Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs) • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline across LATAM using job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach • Manage multiple open requisitions while meeting tight deadlines and high-volume expectations • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring teams • Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and pipeline metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Uphold high quality standards and ensure compliance with internal company policies and relevant healthcare staffing regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional, fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience across LATAM, specifically sourcing for U.S.-based healthcare clients or organizations • Proven, hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently • Direct experience sourcing, screening, and placing Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs) • Demonstrated ability to thrive under tight deadlines, short turnaround times, and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously • Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern candidate sourcing tools • Exceptional organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST
