• Plan and coordinate internal information and system-specific projects from initiation to delivery • Coordinate network, server, software implementation and upgrade, and PC deployment projects • Define project requirements and perform feasibility and needs/impact assessments • Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints • Manage multiple, cross-functional, and technical projects • Partner with functional teams during initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases • Manage and track program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables • Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reviews, process documents, and risk analysis • Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility • Drive project lifecycle milestones from concept commit through project closure and advocate change management • Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates • Participate in internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions • Account for risks and provide mitigation strategies • Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders • Coordinate and assist with regularly scheduled core team meetings • Evaluate post-project results against metrics and recommend or implement improvements to delivery practices and processes • Perform other duties as required
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Builds productive internal and external working relationships • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action • Understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines • Technical background with experience working with Engineers on continuously improving Products, Tools, and Systems • Must be able to create and drive project business requirements • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation) • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently • Self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance • Experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation • Strong observational and analytical skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives • Ability to create basic SQL queries • Preferred: Various certifications • Preferred: Change management knowledge • Preferred: Familiarity with various project management methodologies • Preferred: Experience with Google Workspace products (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) • Preferred: Cloud experience • Preferred: Knowledge of AI Governance & AI Models • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
