📋 Description

• Manage and develop potential sales leads from first contact through to signed contract. • Maintain and develop our CRM, keeping customer records and sales activity accurate and up to date. • Source new leads actively and translate a client's situation into their underlying scientific pain points. • Build compelling presentations and client-facing materials. • Support the marketing team with scientific review of materials and manage the sales administration process.

🎯 Requirements

• Scientific mindset with at least a Master’s degree in biochemistry, molecular or cell biology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field • Strong attention to detail in scientific and written materials • Experience with and comfort using LLM/AI tools • Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe and to the USA • English proficiency at C1 level; German skills are a plus
