📋 Description

• Actively monitor and analyze operational KPIs • Regularly engage with stakeholders to review performance data • Define short- and long-term improvement actions • Implement identified solutions by coordinating internal resources • Take full ownership of diverse projects • Serve as the point of contact for local Operations teams and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or in another related field • Practical experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations • Organised mindset with strong attention to detail • Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency with MS-Excel and Google Sheets • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English - verbal and written
