📋 Description

• Review and analysis of legal case files; • Monitoring and management of the case portfolio; • Approval of case-related payments (enforcement, appeals, court costs, attorneys' fees, INSS and income tax (IR)); • Review and validation of defenses and petitions; • Analysis of expert/forensic reports; • Liaison with external law firms and other company departments; • Attendance at hearings when necessary for cases classified as relevant; • Initiation and monitoring of "obligation to perform" orders; • Responding to actions/requests raised by external counsel; • Reporting and maintenance of case databases; • Experience with management reporting; • Excel, charts and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience with mass litigation (high-volume litigation); • Knowledge of Labor Law and Labor Procedure; • Experience creating reports in Excel and Word; • Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint; • Microsoft Office suite; • Advanced Excel; • Analysis of labor-related calculations; • Interpersonal skills; • Cooperation and teamwork; • Proactivity; • Initiative, determination and focus; • Experience with Benner legal software.
