📋 Description
• Advisory (consultative) practice in real estate law, preferably in a law firm; • Experience in due diligence, acquisitions, leasing and real estate transactions in general, and in the constitution of guarantees; • Additional experience in regularization of urban and rural areas, agribusiness, and the structuring of real estate developments is desirable.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree completed between 2018 and 2022; • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Advanced/Fluent English; • Specialization or postgraduate degree in real estate law.
