📋 Description

• Validate and settle energy measurements at interfaces with other utility companies • Analyze energy metering information and indicators, identify inconsistencies, and propose solutions • Ensure the reliability and integrity of metering data • Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies and align information • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to metering management and control

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education degree or related technical qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering • Minimum age of 18 • Experience in customer service, information analysis, operational control, or related activities • Knowledge of energy metering, validation, and settlement processes is preferred • Experience working in Contact Center operations is preferred • Experience analyzing operational and contractual KPIs is preferred • Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is preferred
