Description

• Scaling the Customer Solutions Architecture group to integrate Atlan into diverse technology stacks • Being part of a highly motivated and driven Customer Experience group • Working with tools in the Modern Data Stack • Building expertise in the Active Metadata category • Acting as a bridge between Customer Experience Group and Product/Engineering • Guiding the future growth of Atlan • Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing • Driving customer value by using Active Metadata for automation and innovation

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in customer-facing technical roles • Hands-on, management or consulting experience in Data Engineering and Analytics • Familiarity with tools, terminology, architecture, processes, and best practices for Data Warehouses and Data Lakes, ELT/ETL, Business Intelligence, orchestration, and data quality tools • Prior experience with tools across the data estate including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Monte Carlo, and major BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, and Thoughtspot) • Experienced in using APIs and coding languages, preferably Python • Knowledge of Cloud architecture fundamentals in AWS, Azure, or GCP • Exposure to serverless computing, distributed systems, and streaming platforms is a bonus • Desire to deepen knowledge in current and new technologies • Expertise in managing customer challenges to resolution
