📋 Description

• Provide support to clients of a top streaming channel provider • Serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers • Assist viewers by phone, chat, and email • Provide account and application support, including software functionality assistance • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings • Provide accurate, real-time responses to viewer inquiries • Record customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken • Collaborate with leading brands

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French • Strong English skills • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts • Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory • Degree in Marketing or related field • Experience in Digital Marketing • Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company • Fluent usage of social media products • Basic understanding of digital advertising • Strong customer service-oriented skills • Ability to work as a team member and independently
