📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries • Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations • Manage month-end and year-end close • Handle and reconcile intercompany transactions and communicate with global teams • Conduct variance analysis and explain differences in financial data • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis • Provide analysis and insight for areas requiring management attention • Report and analyze cash flow to support effective cash management • Support Order to Cash processes, including revenue and billing systems and processes • Provide audit-process coverage and ensure delivery of audit requirements • Work across NetSuite, MAXIO, Abacum, Yokoy, Stripe, CRM, and other internal platforms • Deliver insightful accounts receivable reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and finance team

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential • Recognised accounting qualifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent) • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) • At least 3–5 years in accounting, preferably in a technology business, shared services or multinational environment • Ideally knowledge of SaaS billing, recurring revenue principles, multi entity consolidation and multi-dimensional general ledger reviews • Started career in audit and has a strong understanding of requirements in an audit and preparation of statutory accounts • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) • Proficiency in accounting software e.g., NetSuite (Preferred), QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics • Strong communicator in English language, both written and oral • Work the Central European Time / UK Timezone shift
