📋 Description

• Lead or contribute to NetSuite discovery workshops and requirements gathering • Analyze manufacturing and warehouse processes and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement • Design maintainable NetSuite solutions balancing customer requirements and standard functionality • Configure NetSuite and support technical teams with integrations or customizations • Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and test scenarios • Lead solution walkthroughs for business and technical stakeholders • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, developers, and consultants • Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and scope considerations • Mentor and provide practical guidance to less experienced consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience delivering NetSuite implementations, enhancements or transformation projects • Practical NetSuite manufacturing experience, including manufacturing processes, requirements gathering and solution design • Hands-on experience with NetSuite WMS and warehouse processes • Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions, including configuration, process design, functional specifications, and standard functionality versus customization recommendations • Customer-facing experience across discovery, workshops, solution walkthroughs, issue resolution, and decision-making • Strong communication skills • Experience across the NetSuite implementation lifecycle: discovery, requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support • Strong analytical and root-cause investigation skills • Ability to produce functional documentation, solution designs, process flows, test scenarios, and project deliverables • 5+ years of relevant NetSuite consulting experience, or equivalent senior-level experience • Recent hands-on NetSuite implementation experience • Demonstrable manufacturing experience in NetSuite • Demonstrable NetSuite WMS experience • Strong customer-facing and workshop facilitation experience • Experience owning functional solution design and configuration • Australian-based and able to work full-time on a contract basis • Experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) is an advantage • Experience with Manufacturing/Work Orders, BOMs, routings, planning, production processes, and inventory is an advantage • Understanding of field service workflows, FSM mobile experience, service assets, parts/consumables, time, expenses, service billing, and connections to NetSuite ERP, inventory, and financial processes is an advantage
