• 2 to 5 years of experience at a top law firm, U.S. government agency, or non-profit organization • Degree from a top U.S. law school with strong academic performance • Admitted to the bar association in a U.S. state • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Resourceful team-player ready for a scrappy startup environment • Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people • Bonus/Nice-to-Have: Experience in client service, sales, or business environments • Bonus/Nice-to-Have: Background from an underrepresented tech background
