Attus Procuradoria Digital is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed for public procuradorias and legal departments. It uses generative AI and automations to read and synthesize legal documents (petitions, sentences, agreements), generate drafts and minute texts, monitor deadlines, distribute and manage cases, and support fiscal debt recovery through data hygiene and enrichment with government sources. The solution is trained and customized to each procuradoria's reality to help prosecutors, managers and advisors focus on strategic tasks while routine processing and automation run in the background.

📋 Description

• Organize and track requests, incidents, recurring problems, deliveries, projects, pending items, escalations and client priorities. • Analyze metrics, volumes, trends, delays, recurrences and bottlenecks; build and maintain dashboards and the operational status board. • Prepare executive summaries, impact analyses, early warnings and recommendations for the manager. • Provide traceability for incidents and recurring problems, distinguishing emergency fixes from permanent solutions and monitoring recurrence. • Monitor the teams responsible for deliveries (Support, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, BI, Projects, Sales), ensuring clarity on owners, deadlines, impact and next steps. • Support monitoring of forecasted, actual, pending and at-risk billing, including evidence and contractual milestones. • Produce weekly and monthly reports, prepare agendas and minutes, record decisions and follow action plans through to completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Data analysis and KPI/indicator development. • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets — formulas, pivot tables) and dashboards/BI tools. • Use of automation tools and Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes. • Process organization and demand management. • Basic incident management knowledge (logging, impact, recovery, root cause). • Basic project management knowledge (schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks). • Basic financial analysis (monitoring billing and outstanding items). • Preparation of executive reports, documentation and traceability. • Organization, discipline and a strong sense of priority (distinguish urgent from important). • Clear and objective communication (written and verbal). • Analytical thinking and systems perspective — differentiate fact, hypothesis and opinion. • Proactivity, attention to detail and respectful follow-up. • Ability to remain balanced under pressure and take responsibility for commitments. • Collaborative attitude and customer focus. • Previous experience in operations, service desk/support, PMO or high-volume contact center. • Experience with service desk/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk) and task/issue management (e.g., YouTrack, Jira). • Familiarity with Kibana, Postman, Camunda, SoapUI or equivalent analysis/integration tools. • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase or similar). • Experience with the public sector, prosecutors' offices or courts and awareness of procedural stages.
