📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the DACH region • Drive new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion • Operate from your home office in Germany, with travel to clients as needed or our London-based AuditBoard office • Report directly to the Director, Sales, and work cross-functionally with regional and global teams • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understanding their challenges and mapping them to AuditBoard’s platform capabilities • Collaborate across Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing to drive pipeline and deal progression • Partner with strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC software solutions • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals • Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and establishing long-term client partnerships • Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) • Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with global teams • Comfortable leveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale) • Familiarity with German regulatory environments and enterprise procurement expectations
