📋 Description

• Manage and expand B2B customer relationships • Drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key B2B clients • Work with a dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads • Analyze market trends and competitor activities • Monitor client performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics • Resolve issues to promote customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in telesales • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Excellent negotiation skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with CRM software and project management tools • Knowledge of the automotive industry • Ability to competently and confidently manage German-speaking (prospective) customers
