• Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers at assigned client accounts • Conduct thorough needs assessments to align products/services with client requirements • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly • Hold regular status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio
• Completed professional training and practical experience in the clinical field • Drive and promote new insights; challenge the status quo • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Strong negotiation skills for setting terms and closing deals • Solid understanding of the company’s products and services • Willingness to travel, approximately 25%
