âą Collaborate closely with the Media & Entertainment team âą Develop and implement engagement initiatives âą Lead the creation, curation, and management of content âą Build a strong network of influencers, creators, and subject-matter experts âą Launch and manage structured programs to drive engagement

âą Minimum 5 years of experience in community management âą Proven ability to create, organize, and manage content âą Hands-on experience moderating and engaging on platforms âą Strong understanding of creative pipelines and workflows âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills âą Deep knowledge of digital communities and creator-economy dynamics âą Demonstrated leadership in establishing and growing community programs
