• Strategically grow and expand relationships across high-value enterprise accounts • Lead comprehensive account growth strategies • Drive incremental revenue and expand product adoption • Own strategic executive relationships, account planning, revenue generation, pipeline management, and complex deal negotiations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, impactful customer solutions • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key influencers across assigned accounts • Lead complex enterprise negotiations and manage procurement, commercial, legal, and stakeholder complexity • Maintain deep knowledge of the customer’s industry and business model
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or consultative business development experience • Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts and driving significant revenue growth • Experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large, matrixed customer organizations • Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise agreements • Strong track record of pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment • Experience leading cross-functional account teams, including Technical Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Partner, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk stakeholders • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, executive communication, and consultative selling skills
