• This role will focus on primary research projects, with global exposure across Europe, US, and APAC. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual looking to make a direct impact to the business! • The Administrator will provide input and advice regarding advisor engagements at RFP stage and troubleshoot throughout each project.
• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification • At least 3+ years working in project management role with healthcare agency or consultancy • Previously worked within the Pharmaceutical industry, e.g. KOLs & Payers etc and familiarity with the language and terminology of pharma • Budget/proposal creation experience • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including SharePoint • First-class administrative and organizational skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly with a can-do attitude • Quick learner with a flexible attitude • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong teamwork skills • High standard of written and spoken English • Outstanding work ethic and commitment to timely high-quality deliverables
• Manage incoming Advisor Request Forms and meet with project teams to discuss project requirements and timescales • Research and suggest suitable advisors for interview, primary research, and advisory engagements, including payers, HCPs, and other key stakeholders • Recruit advisors, initial contact and sending of invitations • Scheduling of calls and meetings • Manage the advisor relationship and client processes; support fair market value determination, produce and issue contracts, manage advisor payments, including Sunshine Act reporting (as needed), track acceptances, obtain full biographies, send reminders, provide pre-read materials, answer queries • Regularly attend internal project meetings, monitoring revenues versus project progress, and provide the teams with updates in advance of client meetings. Report project progress and potential gains/losses to senior leadership teams • Operationalize program strategy and develop the plans, processes and people to execute, ensuring the engagements run smoothly and goals are met • Attend client calls and meetings where necessary • Ensure all advisors have submitted invoices and liaise with Finance to ensure timely remuneration • Undertake full project reconciliation post meeting and feedback key learnings to internal IEG team • Maintain and manage ongoing network of ecosystem of advisors and track engagements (e.g., global investors, tech scouting at targeted corporates, etc.) to establish a pipeline of potential advisors for projects • Ensure all pass-through costs are billed back at final invoice stage and ensure all client compliance requirements are appropriately dealt with
