Description

• Manages effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts • Collaborates with all agency teams to establish effective project plans • Develops timelines and advises on estimates • Schedule and lead project kick-off meeting • Work with internal team to define program requirements and system specifications • Initiate and conduct formal internal review meetings • Maintain daily communications with team members • Ensure issues and risks are anticipated, identified, and resolved • Facilitate presentations and review of final asset with client • Manage the financial tracking process for the project • Provides meaningful feedback to all teams • Analyzes and recommends process improvements • Tactful, yet assertive communication style

Requirements

• Four year college degree • Four or more years of agency (or relevant) project-management experience • Proven experience managing digital projects with teams of 10+ people • Solid experience working on projects with data and analytics components • Ability to manage multiple projects totaling $1MM - $1.5MM in revenue annually • Pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industry, knowledge is a plus • Knowledge and/or understanding of resourcing creative and technical teams across projects is a plus
