• Lead our technical Sales Specialist team and be a key stakeholder as we expand into the high-end laboratory design market • Understand customer initiatives and bring forward solutions using our capabilities • Maintain strong external partnerships with manufacturers and industry experts • Recruit, hire, train and build a solid team who is excited to transform the market • Build pipeline and market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Advanced degree in Architecture, Business, Construction or similar preferred • 5+ years in laboratory design, laboratory construction, laboratory casework, biosafety or fume hood sales experience • Working understanding of the construction industry • Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, CRMs, & PowerBI/Qliksense • Advanced Excel and analytical skills • Ability to travel 50%+ (customer sites, meetings, etc.)
