âą Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical team during the migration process. âą Conduct consultative meetings to present the new Cisco platform and its benefits. âą Perform functional demonstrations (demos) and training sessions for clients. âą Develop technical documentation, user guides, and support materials. âą Oversee the entire client onboarding and integration process. âą Identify risks during migration and take preventive measures to minimize impact. âą Clarify technical and functional questions related to the platform. âą Quickly resolve incidents or issues encountered by clients during migration. âą Monitor adoption metrics for the new platform and propose improvements to the customer experience. âą Collaborate with technical teams, support, and Customer Success to ensure an excellent implementation.
âą Fluent or native English (C1/C2) âą Fluent or native Portuguese (C1/C2) âą General knowledge of Information Technology âą Knowledge of Computer Networking âą Excellent verbal and written communication âą Comfortable presenting and delivering training âą Consultative, customer-oriented profile âą Ability to solve problems quickly âą Organized with excellent priority management âą Comfortable working in multicultural environments âą Knowledge of Cisco solutions (plus) âą Experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience (plus) âą Experience in infrastructure migration projects (plus) âą Experience deploying network solutions (plus) âą Knowledge of TCP/IP, Switching, Routing and Wireless (plus) âą Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP or equivalents) (plus) âą Experience in international corporate environments (plus)
