📋 Description

• Work closely with product, technology and operations teams to support and evolve core technologies for the hospitality sector • Support solutions related to Parking Technology, Digital Keys and Electronic Locks • Participate in planning, execution and monitoring of technology projects • Perform technical tests in lab environments and validate integrations before deployment • Support Go-Live processes, including providing technical support during property deployments • Investigate and triage incidents, defects and technical requests • Conduct root cause analyses (Root Cause Analysis) for technical and integration issues • Support integrations between hotel systems, digital platforms and access devices • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors and international stakeholders • Document architectures, technical processes, integrations, operational procedures and solutions using Confluence • Manage and track activities, incidents and requests using Jira • Participate in change and release processes, including submissions to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) • Support user and technical team training during new deployments • Work in KTLO (Keep the Lights On) operations, ensuring service continuity • Contribute to continuous improvement of reliability, performance and availability of solutions • Assist in analyzing technical requirements and translating business needs into scalable solutions • Work in an Agile environment, participating in ceremonies, planning, tracking and retrospectives • Collaborate with distributed international teams, aligned to Eastern Time (ET)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Hospitality Technology • Hands-on experience with hotel electronic locks • Knowledge of Digital Key / Mobile Key • Experience integrating systems, devices and platforms • Troubleshooting and incident analysis skills • Experience with Root Cause Analysis • Familiarity with Agile environments • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience gathering and documenting requirements • Ability to perform technical testing, deployment and solution support • Experience in environments with multiple integrations and stakeholders • Fluent English with the ability to communicate professionally with teams in the United States • Availability to work aligned to Eastern Time (ET) • Nice to have: experience in technology projects for hotels, resorts or hospitality • Nice to have: experience with electronic locks / hotel lock vendors • Nice to have: knowledge of protocols and APIs used in access control systems • Nice to have: experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) • Nice to have: knowledge of access, security and hotel automation systems • Nice to have: experience with AIOps / incident triage • Nice to have: knowledge of Product Analytics • Nice to have: experience managing backlog and prioritizing requests • Nice to have: knowledge of infrastructure and technology operations environments • Nice to have: international experience or experience working with US-based teams • Hands-on, analytical profile with a problem-solving mindset • Ability to operate across technology, operations and business areas • Autonomy to investigate issues, liaise with different teams, oversee deployments and directly resolve challenges
