📋 Description

• Partner and engage with Sales leaders, sales representatives, and partners • Develop and deliver enablement programs • Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance content development • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute training • Constantly seek to evolve and refine sales enablement content • Lead and facilitate sales training and workshops • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences • Capture insights and best practices from the field • Define and track key metrics to measure enablement adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing majors preferred) • 8+ years of relevant experience in a technology or software company • Extensive experience working with Sales organizations in a customer-focused B2B environment • Experience developing engaging sales content • Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and reporting tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts • Team player with demonstrated ability working in a cross-functional, matrix-oriented, multinational environment • Strong interpersonal skills
