📋 Description

• Lead the development, nurturing, and maintenance of relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals. • Collaborate with operations and regional leadership ensuring growth strategies, contribution and business commitments are achieved. • Develop strategy to increase referral pipeline of preferred payors. • Identify community events, health fairs, and conferences to promote Aveanna's services and establish a strong presence in the community. • Provide strategic guidance and support to business development team in conducting informative presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Proven track record of success in healthcare marketing, with a focus on generating referrals for private duty nursing or home healthcare services.
