📋 Description

• Analyzing the billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes of prospective hospital customers and demonstrating the tangible value our integrated hospital information system delivers • Presenting our software solutions in a targeted and relatable way, grounded in a strong understanding of hospital administration and billing realities • Conveying customer and market feedback on administrative and billing workflows to Product Development and actively contributing to the ongoing evolution of our platform • Representing Avelios at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings as a trusted expert for billing and administrative use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in hospital billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes, ideally gained through roles in healthcare, hospital administration, medical controlling, or related project work • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain complex administrative and process-related topics clearly and appropriately for different audiences • Enjoy working directly with customers and collaboratively shaping practical digital solutions for hospital administration and billing processes • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
