📋 Description

• Qualifying leads and managing outreach workflows to convert prospects into sales opportunities • Engage leads professionally while maintaining our brand’s tone • Follow up diligently with qualified prospects until appointments are successfully booked • Participate in weekly sales audit meetings, contributing to team strategies • Ensure all communications are aligned with Aventus’s tone of voice

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (B2B or BPO background is a plus) • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills — you can build trust quickly and communicate value clearly • Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable learning new systems and outreach platforms • Motivated by results, resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to hit and exceed your goals
