⢠Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment project lifecycle ⢠Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements ⢠Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates to ensure close alignment with client expectations ⢠Manage client feedback and translate this into project deliverables ⢠Allocate internal team members to active projects; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise ⢠Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success ⢠Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
⢠Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) ⢠Proven experience (at least 3 years) working as a Project Manager (or similar) in a recruitment agency or service-providing environment ⢠In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ⢠Experience working with international and remote teams ⢠Strong English skills, and additional languages are a bonus!
