📋 Description
• Manage OEM accounts in commercial vehicle and two-wheeler segments • Provide technical support for key accounts • Implement, monitor, and coordinate OEM-related projects • Add new product approvals and new customers at OEMs • Implement and standardize processes at customers • Conduct and organize customer audits • Troubleshoot product and color-related issues • Manage and grow Mobility OEM customers, including buses, trucks, tippers, and two-wheelers • Establish new products in the market • Coordinate customer-facing activities with Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units • Deliver budgeted regional revenue and profitability • Develop sustainable relationships at different levels of OEM customers • Coordinate with Technology and Sales teams for new product development and market implementation
🎯 Requirements
• BE/B.Tech Degree • 5-8 years’ experience in Techno Sales and Service profile • Experience preferably in paints or automotive • MBA will be an added advantage
