📋 Description
• Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters • Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct • Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings • Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment • English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency • Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely) • Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably within a large technology company • Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII
