Description
• Serve as primary partner for a group of ~50-75 legal professionals • Accountable for managing all legal professionals providing a best-in-class lawyer and client experience • Interview and assess candidates alongside the Talent Acquisition team to make hiring decisions
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience within a professional services firm, law firm, recruitment agency, or corporate in-house environment • Highly persuasive verbal communication skills • Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior level, highly experienced attorneys and/or clients, and leaders in the Sales and Talent Acquisition teams • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
