Description

• As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive Operational Excellence and scalability of the VR Engineering Department • Collaborate with engineering leadership to define key operational metrics and drive the development of processes and systems • Partner with art, design, and content teams to refine workflows and delivery process • Oversee QA to ensure reliability and robustness of the product and drive improvement of operations and product • Join an interdisciplinary team working on immersive VR-based training for public safety

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field • 5+ years leading and managing system/software delivery, with at least 2 years in technical program management • 2+ years at an AA/AAA Game Studio in technical program management, software engineering, or project management • Proficient in Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology, risk management, dependency tracking, and project communication • Evidence of owning and driving large technical software programs • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills • Experience with enterprise SaaS and cloud offerings like AWS and Azure is a plus
