📋 Description

• Oversee and validate Finance transformation roadmaps, including master plans and application landscapes • Lead Finance performance assessments and identify priority value levers • Oversee the design of target operating models and define the associated business cases • Oversee and coordinate Finance transformation programs using Agile or Waterfall methodologies • Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets across multi-site and international scopes • Lead senior-level project governance: steering committees, project committees, stage gates, risks, reporting, and dashboards • Coordinate business, IT, and external partners, and arbitrate strategic and technical decisions • Oversee the collection and qualification of business requirements and validate functional specifications • Lead Finance IT projects, from solution selection support through UAT and quality assurance • Oversee Finance Data & AI initiatives, advanced metrics, BI/EPM dashboards, and predictive management • Define and oversee change management strategies, communications, training, and user support • Track adoption KPIs, success metrics, and strategic reporting • Develop expertise in Finance transformation and lead the integration of technological and methodological innovations • Lead the practice’s R&D team and oversee AI and machine learning use cases • Manage, recruit, train, assess, and develop a team of consultants • Lead business development activities: tenders, proposals, growth opportunities, and partner relationships • Contribute to the Group’s internal and cross-functional projects, as well as new service offerings and the growth strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Master’s, business school, or university) • At least 7 years of experience in a consulting firm or software vendor • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a manager or project manager role • Experience across the full project lifecycle: scoping, solution selection support, business project management, and deployment • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, particularly large corporations, mid-sized companies, and international contexts • Practical command of one or more end-to-end Finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, or management control • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-site projects • Strong command of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies • Excellent understanding of Finance IT environments: ERP, EPM/CPM, and Data/BI tools • Knowledge of ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or D365 • Knowledge of EPM/CPM solutions such as Tagetik, Anaplan, OneStream, or Cegid XRP • Ability to arbitrate architecture decisions according to client constraints • Interest in innovation in Finance: AI, CSR, and Data • Excellent written and spoken English • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally • Ability to manage remote teams across multiple sites and time zones • Strategic vision and ability to structure complex issues • Proven leadership and strong attention to detail • Client-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills • Business development mindset
