📋 Description

• Resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents • Perform in-depth analysis of traffic, logs, and security events • Configure, fine-tune, and optimize firewalls, VPNs, and security policies • Diagnose and resolve issues related to network infrastructure and services • Propose continuous improvements to enhance performance and security across environments • Monitor and analyze event logs to identify potential failures or anomalies • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams, ensuring continuity of support • Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and documentation • Stay up to date on best practices and new features in network management and security products • Conduct internal training sessions and workshops on the proper use of the solutions in place

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Fortinet products, including FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, and others • Strong command of networking, information security, and network architecture concepts • Effective technical communication skills • Ability to apply updates and patches effectively • Completed or ongoing technical education in an ICT-related field (preferred) • Currently pursuing a degree in an ICT-related field (preferred) • Fortinet-related certifications, such as NSE (preferred)
