Description

• Help customers migrate to Azul technology • Advise on migration strategy and planning • Lead troubleshooting sessions and investigations • Be a trusted technical advisor for customers • Provide recommendations on best practices • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support to transition new customers • Provide internal updates on customer migrations • Maintain internal knowledge base • Report on migration activity • Offer product and tooling recommendations to product management

Requirements

• Maniacal focus on positive customer experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail and process oriented • Flexible and supportive in a fast moving and changing environment • Manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues • Analytical problem solver with ability to work on own initiative • Ability to coordinate across Azul department resources to execute complex customer needs • Ability to understand, discuss, and troubleshoot complex, nuanced technical issues • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering • 10+ years technical industry experience • 5+ years' experience with customer-facing technical management • Extensive Java experience • Solid working knowledge of Linux • Other platform knowledge (e.g., Windows desktops) • Extensive scripting experience • Experience with asset management tools (e.g., Flexera) • Strong project management skills • Java deployment experience • Experience with legacy Java technologies (e.g., Applets, Web Start) • DevOps skills
