Description

• Direct communication with new Azul customers • Lead various meetings throughout customer lifecycle • Act as a liaison for customer requests • Monitor and gather key customer information • Maintain internal data systems with customer intelligence • Drive attendance to key customer meetings • Identify renewal risk and expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Maniacal focus on positive customer experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail, and process-oriented • Flexible and supportive in a fast-moving environment • Self-starter, willing to take a leadership role • Ability to coordinate across department resources • 10+ years experience in Customer Success, Support, or Sales Engineer role • English fluency • Undergraduate or Master's Degree in computer science or related field • Experience in technical role • Experience working directly with prospects and customers • Project management experience a plus • Excellent presentation and communication skills
