📋 Description

• Develop, structure, and enhance domestic and international tourism products, including itineraries, tours, accommodations, and experiences • Conduct market, trend, and competitor research, identifying opportunities for new products and destinations • Negotiate rates, contracts, allotments, commercial terms, and cancellation policies with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, car rental companies, and other suppliers • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with suppliers and partners in the tourism sector • Analyze the pricing, reputation, quality, and competitiveness of products and partners • Prepare feasibility studies, reports, and commercial analyses to support strategic decision-making • Monitor performance indicators such as occupancy, revenue, margin, profitability, and conversion • Analyze and monitor contracts, commercial agreements, and termination agreements, ensuring the proper application of negotiated terms • Manage accommodation inventory, allotments, blocks, and availability, monitoring information in the Infotera system • Build and maintain relationships with commercial partners, mediating conflicts and disagreements when necessary • Conduct site inspections, business trips, trade shows, events, and business meetings, representing the company and evaluating destinations and suppliers • Prepare travel schedules for groups, packages, and familiarization trips (FAM trips) • Follow up on partner requests and outstanding issues and provide support to the tour operator on supplier-related matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Commercial Management, International Relations, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for preparing spreadsheets, reports, and administrative controls • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationship-building abilities • Negotiation and persuasion skills for reaching agreements and resolving impasses • Knowledge of the hotel and tourism industries, including rates, availability, trends, and industry behavior • Strong organization and attention to detail for managing documents, contracts, and information • Analytical skills and strategic thinking for interpreting scenarios, indicators, and opportunities • Knowledge of travel planning, itineraries, and tourism logistics • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize strategic and operational demands • Conflict-resolution skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with partners • Flexibility and proactivity when handling dynamic demands • Knowledge of the Omnibees system is a plus • Operational knowledge of airline systems for analysis and negotiations
