📋 Description

• Provide specialized technical assistance to clients • Offer solutions and guide clients through tickets and questions raised by clients • Act proactively by providing strategic insights for operations • Perform analyses to support business decisions • Participate in internal and client meetings to analyze and resolve incidents and support requests • Handle support tickets through Jira • Query SQL Server databases using SQL commands (SELECT)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SQL Server • Experience working in the financial market • Experience with the Newcon product • Knowledge of consortium operations, including business rules and applicable legislation • Completed higher education degree
