📋 Description

• You manage and grow your existing customers within the sales region, analyze purchase volumes and potential using Power BI, and derive appropriate measures — including account planning, regular visits, and close coordination with Inside Sales • During your territory visits you identify new dealers, work from lead lists, conduct spontaneous and training visits, and win potential buyers for cooperation • You also monitor inactive buyers: you review their activity monthly, plan reactivation measures, and integrate potential customers into your route planning • You promote auction formats, events and merchandise offers, activate buyer potential, and negotiate package deals with relevant customers • You manage your sales region in close coordination with Inside Sales, team leadership and fellow field sales colleagues — including route planning and joint activities • For your visits and analyses you use Salesforce, Power BI and scraping lists, document relevant contacts and work in a structured way with the prescribed processes • In addition, you participate in events, trade shows and event auctions and represent the company on site.

🎯 Requirements

• A commercial background (vocational training or degree) • At least 3 years of field sales experience — ideally with some on-the-road experience in the automotive industry • Proven ability to acquire new customers and successfully develop existing relationships over the long term • Routine use of CRM tools such as Salesforce to efficiently document and manage your sales activities • Business-fluent German and good English skills for everyday business • Experience with and enthusiasm for the automotive sector and telephone-based sales is a strong plus.
