📋 Description

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of service technicians • Management of external service partners and support throughout the entire recruitment process • Ensuring customer satisfaction in line with commercial objectives • Support with complex technical issues and promotion of personal and professional development • Responsible for organizing annual recurring appointments and regular team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in heating technology, SHK (sanitary/heating/air conditioning) or equivalent • Several years of experience in technical customer service, preferably in heating, refrigeration, or electrical engineering, including leadership experience • Comprehensive product knowledge of the current and previous product ranges • Knowledge of the construction and operation of heating systems • Proficiency with IT/software applications, high willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving license
