📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium size accounts, inside account management, or support a Global Account Manager with one account • Provide customer service and manage core client-facing responsibilities • Prepare and analyze data • Manage business plans and customer metrics • Conduct client reviews, reporting, projects, surveys, and technology-related activities • Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues • Review and resolve discrepancies, including credit card reconciliation • Develop a business plan with customers or support execution of the plan when applicable • Analyze and develop plans specific to client needs from a project experience standpoint • Work with customers and internal stakeholders on account management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Quality/Account management methodology and Customer Service • Experience working with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers • Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel Products and Services • Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience • Business analysis and financial acumen • Good command of the English language • Knowledge of client technology tools • College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
