📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a travel consultant team • Manage KPIs, workload, support, coaching, and team development • Meet performance targets and provide feedback to the operations manager • Use performance data to maximize team effectiveness and efficiency • Improve internal and external customer satisfaction • Handle client reservations • Manage customer complaints and general queries • Control team workload • Participate in HR processes including planning, evaluation, coaching, and appraisal • Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to coach and support Travel Consultants • Advise customers according to client travel policies • Maintain knowledge of necessary regulations • Support BCD Travel and client-driven initiatives • Anticipate and help address challenges for consultants • Review GDS queues daily for quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Corporate travel management industry work experience • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus • People management experience will be an advantage • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (preferred) or English and French or English only • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Able to work flexible hours independently, exercising discretion and judgment • Excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills • Strong problem-solving and/or critical-thinking skills
