📋 Description

• Handle documentation received from insurance brokers using foreign language capabilities daily • Perform data entry in internal systems with strong attention to detail • Identify opportunities for improvements and share ideas • Communicate with stakeholders • Support operations across policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and related services • Work with business and colleagues across Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch (B2) • Strong analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail • Minimum 3 years of professional experience • Previous experience in the insurance sector and/or SSC and/or customer service area is advantageous • Ability to build relationships with colleagues • Open-minded with fast learning capabilities • Strong oral and written communication skills • CV submitted in English
